Evening all, has anyone here had any experience using abalone strips, as I want to make a pen using abalone or mother of pearl strips down the barrel.

Can’t believe it’s August already. This year is snowballing.
Sorry I missed yesterday. It’s really hard at the moment keeping up with everything. With it being the school hols my daughter is running me ragged (and she’s 14 lol)
I thought I would have more time with my shop but I seem to have less time than when I fit the day job in too. So many distractions. 
I must get a grip. It’s been another month without a Folksy bill, and I’ve renewed my Folksy plus so I need to focus on promoting more.
I’m all caught up with loving & pinning.
I’m working on some beads and pendants at the moment so hopefully I will have something new to show you soon.
For now I just have a relist

Deborah. Its really worrying. I havn’t noticed any increase in competition. I’ve no idea what the problem is but perhaps I need to alter my titles or tags to get noticed

It’s getting a bit exciting but I don’t want to get my hopes up just incase.

Good morning, fingers crossed Dawn @hobbitgirlie1880. Karen @karenscraftybitz, I didn’t get a bill this month either and my plus account is due in a few weeks, need to get some sales in!
Just bringing a ray of sunshine to my shop with this relist. Carol @Knittingtopia fantastic achievement on FB. @rosesworkshop and they call this summer at least you had some sales. @valerie know what you mean 2 months and I only owe 22p it is disheartening not worth billing me, hopefully August will be better.

A fairy from me today - maybe the she could have a word with the sales fairy and send her round to visit everyone!
I was lucky enough (?) to get a folksy bill but still feel things have been somewhat quiet. I thought others were doing well as I keep seeing reports of sales but maybe not.

I’ve added all the weekend sales and the last few from last month 
Well done everyone 
I’m feeling very optimistic about this month, probably because I’ve had a few day’s off and a lovely trip to sunny Anglesey, so am well rested and ready for work My daughter is better, her consultant is optimistic that her growth is trying to break it’s self down so she might not have to have the major surgery which is so very risky. So fingers and toes crossed
Anyhow that’s enough about me. I’d better get to work. I’m rather behind after all those days off
