Dawn @hobbitgirlie1880 - if you are having problems with Folksy you are better off contacting admin/support via email rather than on the forums. Link here http://folksy.uservoice.com - select “contact support” right hand side.

I have been looking for the email address but couldn’t remember were it was thank you.
Hi Dawn. As @Rozcraftzsuggests, it’s best if you can email support@folksy.com and let them know about any issues you’re having with the site. I’m not a technical expert, I’m afraid.
