Haltwhistle is lovely! There’s loads of little market places like that to visit, Cobridge is another favourite of ours but that maybe in the other direction, not sure I’m hopeless with maps! Berwick and Hexham are also lovely market villages. Loads of places to visit! Gosh I’m going on, sorry! Can you tell I love up there?.lol
Hubby has been out since 9am with camera, think he’s up there now. Him and his friend from work, who has had his work featured on the bbc and sells his work at different tourist info places throughout the north east, have gone off for the day…I don’t mind, I get more done when he’s out…lol
