Finding this heat trying!!! Even resorted to buying some cool gel pillow pads which are great and having much better nights sleep Empty duvet cover only on bed. Seems to be working.
No great ideas for in the day though sadly!! Keep in the shade and lots of water!! Not very exciting. If I had a paddling pool that would def be made use of :-))
We haven’t had any rain since Friday, it’s so hot 30 degrees and above most days, I’ve just ordered the gel pillow pads as it’s going to be hotter next week apparently :sweat. Still won’t be long til Christ…
Oooooo 30 Tina @DaisyWings, each day!!! phew. We had rain on Sunday for several hours, mind you can’t tell now by looking at the garden, the grass is now a little bit green but not much. I hope you find the gel pillows good, I got mine from Ideal World, 2 for 1, and very happy with them.
It hasn’t been 30 every day for the six weeks but most of the time for the last 2, it’s 30 again today and supposed to be getting hotter, espeically next week. They predict there will be thunder storms tonight and tomorrow (we’ll see) exciting, can’t wait, love a good storm.
The cooling pads have arrived this morning Carol @cariadcrafts11 I’m actually sat with it on my back right now, very nice. Loving your little fairy
Yay, Woke up to rain and continued till just after lunch. Garden (and me) breathing a sigh of relief lol Just waiting for the weeds to pop up now, I’m sure it won’t be long
