Is anyone else on TSU?

Nor me.
As @JoSara said, I also cannot believe how many people have rushed over to this site.
Promotion is so much more than just listing an endless stream of mechanical links to items, whichever site you are promoting on.
Surely better to work on how you are promoting/engaging with potential customers rather than jumping feet first into a site no-one seems to know much about?

Now itā€™s funny you should say that, but I have too. I can work with Facebook, I can tweet and I really enjoy pinterest - I physically havenā€™t got the time, mental capacity, enthusiasm for anymore. Iā€™m going to concentrate on doing those as well as I can

The whole point of a social network is that you interact and engage with fellow users. If you are looking for an advertising vehicle, then you pay advertising costs.

FB will not suddenly drop all business posts. It hasnā€™t said that. it has said it will not show blatant advertising posts, as it wants you to pay for those. So chatty posts with content will continue to be shown, posts that have language such as BUY NOW SPECIAL DISCOUNT will not. Tsu has had a lot of mixed press, with some bloggers openly stating it is a scam or at best a pyramid selling scheme, whereby no cash changes hands but it is all ā€˜computerā€™ or ā€˜virtualā€™ cash.

So Tsu is a good idea for those looking for ways to interact with others or make new virtual friends. If you are looking for a free advertising or marketing model, then itā€™s not for you.

haha thanks @wobbear! i will take your word for it!

i agree with you guys, @thesherbetpatch, @CalyxHandmadeJewellery and @Textiletreasure - i genuinely enjoy the interaction i have with customers & friends on facebook, and iā€™m enjoying the no-chat-just-pretties of instagram - and that is plenty of internetting for me.

really, all i want to do, is hide away from the real world with my sewing machine. so yet more social networking doesnā€™t help me with that objective!

I removed all my pictures last night after reading what people had put on here so I shall be deleting my account totally.

Hi. I have just joined too. Thanks for the link, like your shop

You do realize that this was the group I warned everyone about before they are a scam and they came onto folky forum and posted in violation of Folkys Terms and Conditions and admin had to delete and banned them.

Please people donā€™t sign up to this scam

I didnā€™t see that @EileensCraftStudio the first time around but I deleted my account about 7 days ago. Iā€™ve seen on FB this morning that a lot of people are getting hacked again so just wondering if this is TSU thats doing it.

Well last time they were spamming peoples facebook accounts. I even got into contact with one of their admin people to complain.

Hi, I wouldnā€™t join it !! has any one had much success selling on Facebook ?? I find it hard workā€¦ Hope Folksy is the way forwardā€¦ having said that have s old a few things on etsy recently !! Happy New Year To All !!

Am happy to report that I wont be joining the bandwagon nad jumping onto a new ā€œsocial mediaā€ platrform whose Ts & Cs I read on a blogpost seem very ā€˜iffyā€™. Sounds like a whole load of bull if you ask me

Will be diverting all the extra energy I have elsewhere - making & Introducing new product lines, searching for handmade stockists and testing out a few wholesale options (have one lead already and that was purely by networking on FB about my wintersales)
