How do I verify my email address

Is “someone” asking you to verify your email address? I am relatively new to Folksy, but I cant remember the exact process on joining, other than it was very straightforward.

It looks like you’ve got it sorted now as you’ve got items listed, but in case anyone else has problems - when you first open a shop on Folksy a verification link is sent to the email address you registered with. You just need to open that email and click on the link, and your shop should be verified.

If you don’t see the email, check any spam/junk/promotion folders or similar.
If there was a typo in your email address so you’re not receiving the emails - send an email to support@folksy.co.uk letting them know the incorrect email and what it should be, so it can be changed and the link resent.
If the link doesn’t seem to be working correctly when you click it, you can go to your dashboard on Folksy to request a new link. Remember if you have requested multiple links, only the most recent link will work.
