Thanks Sue @BeadstormJewellery - I have been without my running partner for the last couple of weeks as she has hurt her back so I am quite impressed myself that I have managed to keep going! Actually ran more than a mile without stopping today, never thought that would be possible.

Unfortunately it’s just the same, think I’m stuck with it ,torture and pain everyday ,no let up:tired_face: To be honest even though I’ve got broken vertebrae etc I’m inclined to think it’s my muscle tone that’s unable to support the breaks because my legs feel so heavy to lift , it’s a bit like when you get pins and needles and you get a dead leg.

Lovely weather yesterday for a grand day out. First to Newcastle ferrying daughter and her husband to their romantic night away; lunch with them at the cafe at the Baltic thane a stroll through the Quayside Market. After leaving them we drove home by way of Derwent Valley in the hope of seeing the red kites; we got lucky with views of a pair sky-dancing and one passing very close to where we were walking. Also saw a pair of buzzards, widgeon and one, maybe two, little grebe. Good day all round.
