Evening all,
Missed yesterday, and today will be my last listing for a while as we fly to Dubrovnik on Sunday, and I am still frantically packing and trying to clean/tidy the house so we don’t come back to a mess!
I think I will close my shop tonight or early tomorrow, so see you all in a couple of weeks!

Made the 10 Anniversary cards yesterday, now the children’s Birthday cards today. Hope to have an actual creation to showcase tomorrow, depends if I get the photos done or not.
Off to the farm shop first thing, back for coffee, then who knows, lol.

Have fun with the shed and spiders Donna @underneaththeeaves, we’ve just converted our old brittle polycarbonate greenhouse into a shed using metal panels from an old shed! It was a bit of a faff but the new one cost us nothing

help please… This morning I had an email from a customer, saying that an order that I posted on April 21st hasn’t arrived…
It obviously should have arrived by now and the customer is being very nice about it.
These things happen and fortunately not very often.
My question is…how do I refund her if I need to?.
I don’t know how to do that.
( it doesn’t affect the May Tally as it is from the April one )

Brenda @teabreaks if you go into your PayPal then activity and find the payment relating to this sale you can then press refund, click return then click issue refund. I hope this works but also hope it won’t be needed.

thank you Hilary @kokoblue …I have just done it.
The painting might still arrive but I know that with me, the worry would just fester and ruin my weekend…so I have refunded her and told her that if it still arrives, she can keep it with my compliments.
Now I can move on.
It is amazing how just dealing with something straight away can make me feel instantly better.xx

I know what you mean. I had an item damaged in transit and was really upset about it so gave the customer a full refund there and then as I didn’t want to worry about it. She was so kind about it and has since returned to make more purchases but it is stressful.
