All my cards are with recycled envelopes, in compostable bags & are sent in a repurposed board protected recycled packaging.
My cards are hand printed original linocuts on traditionally made artists paper (100% cotton). Cards are blank inside. Nothing is outsourced, no power tools used, everything hand made. Processes are sustainable with virtually zero waste. Info text on card backs are old letterpress (hand set & hand printed).

I use up-cycled and recycled fabrics for my fabric decorations, books, bookmarks etc. When I buy fabrics it’s from recycle places or ethical or sustainable shops. Small business ethical and sustainable artisans for my wools for the needle felting. My Christmas cards have up-cycled pull out decorations in them. My small square cards have compostable bags, I mostly package plastic free and use up-cycled packaging for posting like the brownie boxes to send my glass chopping boards in. I wrap items in tissue paper.

Hi, I think this is a great idea! All my handmade cards are plastic free, I put them in a brown recycled paper bag to protect them and pack them in recycled packaging with paper tape for posting. I have now added ‘plastic free’ to my descriptions. I also use recycled cards and envelopes to make them, some are hand drawn and others use repurposed paper such as vintage sheet music for decoration.
My origami vintage sheet music star decorations are already included in the eco decorations list … thank you!

I use no plastic covering or cello bags
All my cards and prints are made by hand using water-based non-toxic inks. I use FSC or recycled card and paper stocks, including the envelopes. Everything can be recycled, or upcycled in a picture frame!
For postage, I use compostable bags to protect against possible water damage, and cardboard envelopes. I source all materials directly from manufacturers in the UK to minimise my carbon footprint.
