Plus Subscription cancelled when attempting to convert to Annual Subs

Happy New Year :slight_smile:
I have tried to take out an annual plus subscription - I was on a monthly plus.
I have completed the DD mandate for the annual charge. My Plus subscription has been cancelled but no new annual subscription has been started.
I can’t load any new products without incurring a charge!
I have emailed support but I wondered if anyone else had this issue and if so, how it was resolved.

I just changed mine and it all went smoothly - my monthly DD was cancelled automatically and my annual DD starts next month - I got confirmation by e mail a little later. Folksy support are usually pretty good if a ‘hiccup’ has occurred - fingers crossed for you @GlassnCards.

Support have been in touch and are setting things up for me. They’re also refunding listi8ng fees that I’m incurring at the moment
