Hi Dee I never thought I’d be ahead of the game on IG! When you are uploading your post there is a tag people section, when you select that it tells you to tap the photo you want to tag, you then type in the shop that matches the item. If it’s someone you are following they will appear below when you start typing, if you are not following you will need to type name in full. I hope that makes sense.
