Stall holders wanted - South Wales (9th June, 11th & 18th August, & 1st September

Further infomation and forms available on the website: https://www.sleddogsocietyofwales.co.uk

Dear Stall Holder/Charity,

Following last years successful Ain’t Nothing But A Hound Day shows, this year we have decided to do four shows. If you are interested in participating in these events we would love to have you with us.

Please find attached copies of the relevant documents to book your stall at any of our family fun day and dog shows. There will be four shows in total details as follows:

• Saturday 9th June 2018 Coronation Park, Stevenson Street, Newport
• Saturday 11th August 2018 Glebelands Park, Bank Street, Newport
• Saturday 18th August 2018 Romilly Park, Romilly Road, Barry
• Saturday 1st September 2018 Roath Recreation Ground, Ninian Road, Cardiff

You can book for any of the three shows or all if you would prefer. Please fill in the correct forms for the relevant shows. A risk assessment form will need to be provided for each show not just one. You can copy and paste the information if easier for you. If you could please return the forms as soon as possible. However priority will be given for stall holders booking all four shows. You will be required to bring your own tables, chairs, gazebo (if you want one) etc, as these shows are being held in open air venues.

Please help us with advertising these shows by printing off and displaying the show posters in your area. We are also looking for show and dog class sponsorship. If you are interested in promoting your business, or would like to sponsor a class in memory of a person, animal please get in touch.

There will only be two similar stalls depending on what show and the amount of land we have available for peace of mind and to make it fair. You will be placed at opposite ends of the venue and not close together. If you are a catering business we will need copies of insurance and food hygiene certificates, also some venues you are only allowed to use diesel generators, please check if you are unsure. If you are a catering vendor you will need to provide your own water and electricity (generator/battery) as there is no electricity point or water on site.

If you have a bouncy castle or Inflatable equipment you will need to provide the sizes of each attraction, description or attraction and relevant health and PIPA safety documents. Also some venues you are only allowed to use diesel generators, please check if you are unsure. etc.

If you are providing livestock / animals please give a full description and relevant documents.

If you are representing a charity then please email either Nicola Dunning or Carol Spillane to discuss this further.
