A Shadow box frame The Good Life.
A lovely summery design incorporating hand embroidery, appliqué and couching. This design pays homage to my love of The Good Life tv series of the 70’s. I have painted a tiny version of Tom and Barbara’s house in the background and frayed green linen has been couched for the grass. Barbara chick looks on at her vase of appliquéd flowers. This would make an ideal keepsake for a lover of gardens and keeper of chickens!
