Pretty much everything in my shop could be considered unusual, as all of my materials come from the bin!
You know those paper liners they put on trays in some eateries? Well, I made this piece of postcard art from one of those. The cafe was called Buenas Migas. We ate there on holiday in Barcelona a couple of years ago… Super eco friendly!
Or this is a much larger version of the above piece. Made entirely of stuff from the bins of Barcelona. It is not a print. It is a one-off original.

Possibly slightly left of centre but for housewarming or if you noticed on last visit they only had those awful plastic ones then how about a handmade wooden light pull !!
Light pull turned from beautifully figured yew, measuring 49mm long and 35mm in diameter at its widest point and waxed to a soft sheen. The light pull, which could also be used for a window blind, is designed so that the cord can be threaded through the 3mm hole and knotted, with the knot being concealed by the recess in the bottom.
