The images are still changing shape when they redisplay after I’ve posted, not to square any more but still compressed. The glassy thing I posted above makes it most obvious because it’s a wide image, I have 2 tabs open side by side of this same thread and the images are definitely different before and after. Weird!

Ohh, I see what you mean. It may be something to do with it being listed before I changed the max image width. Let’s test it this way…

Oh great, it works now. Here’s my real listing today…

It doesn’t like 2 photos in the same post by the looks of it…it was showing my first one originally, then when I edited it and added a second photo, it took away the first one and left a little square. Are we limited to one photo per post?

Edited - wow, I’ve sold one already, that was quick!

At last I can reply, will let you know if it stays the same shape when I’ve posted! I think 500 wide is still a bit big, square images only just fit on my page and portrait ones need scrolling. It would be great if you could set a max (say 400) for the longest side rather than the width but maybe that’s asking too much.

ETA: Yes, that’s fine now, the image didn’t change shape. Thanks!
