I’m not sure which section this should go in but thought it was a nice story to share on here (but if admin think it not appropriate I won’t be offended if it’s removed)
An elderly lady in Sheffield is celebrating her 100th birthday at the end of the month and has no family so her carers have put out an appeal for people to send her some birthday cards (via the local radio station so it’s kept secret) to make her birthday special. I’m making a card to send but thought some of the lovely crafters on here might also want to take part

Love this idea even tho this has happened a few times online.
She will deffently have a shock when a mounting of card get given to her.
