I’m trying to add a shop announcement with a discount code for anyone looking at my shop but every time I save it says something is incorrect even though all of the boxes are optional? I’ve checked I haven’t got spaces at the end of each box and I copied & pasted all the info in so there shouldn’t be any errors. Help?
Are you using any special characters? (and by that I mean anything other than a number, letter, comma, fullstop, bracket, question mark) Also how long is it? (can’t remember if there is a character count for the announcement but there is for other boxes)
I’ve had this problem. I can’t add or alter my announcement on my phone. I have to do it via desktop on my laptop.
