Beautiful work everyone…it has been a crochet week for me with the workmen here…bad enough when I dip my paintbrush in my cup of tea without having to keep getting up to let the men in and out. All finished now…so back to painting.

Indeed …good to have my house back and if it is LIGHT enough to see tomorrow, then I shall be back painting…I need to see what I am doing…lol…maybe some more cartoons as well…just need some ideas and inspiration…

Flowers aren’t normally my thing, but I enjoyed doing this single poppy in a wet in wet style.

@HelenCliffordArt, wet in wet can be a bit hit and miss to be honest and I have as many misses as I do hits!

I am pleased to report my first sale here. As I have only been here a week or so, I am chuffed with that.

as for you knowing that woman…well it certainly isn’t me ha ha…I would never fall over with that problem, although I might rock from side to side like a weeble if I sat down on the floor…lol…
I love painting wet on wet…mainly because I usually don’t have a clue what I am doing, so just chuck some water and paint on and wait…
