Can you have 'writers block' in crafting?

I think the trouble is I am distracted as we are knocking down the front part of our house. When the darker evenings and bad weather set in I’m hoping I will knuckle down to it

@GrimmExhibition how did you get on last weekend?

It’s nice to be in good company Roz :relaxed:

( @dawnsneesbyjewellery just bought some more spacers  )

Your sculpture is wonderful Sandra, I should imagine it’s relaxing to do :grinning:

Hi Sarah, thanks, not really relaxing as it is not normal sculpting and dipping the fabric into the consistancy of gluey maple syrup has it going everywhere it isn’t supposed to! But it is a good outlet for that artistic urge. Sometimes I just sit in my attic workshop and realise I am not going to make anything - that blank again. So Best to have a break. I either create jewellery, do nothing until I feel guilty or the drive comes back. I usually have about five sculptures going at the same time, they take many weeks and lots of processes and drying/ curing so doing little bits then leave for a day or two. Those little jobs are easy to do and once you do them you usually find more bits, then you are back at it! Haha.
