I am new to Folksy in fact new to selling my work!

It was so easy done, sitting having my breakfast,reached over the other side of the bench and my other hand was on the bench, I must have just reached to far or something but the hand that was on the bench just went right underneath my ribs and I just got a strange feeling straight away. I new I’d hurt something or other.
It’s surprising but the slightest bit movement can just cause it to pull, then something you think is going to hurt or make it worse…doesn’t !
Just pleased there’s nothing broke, it’s painful enough, I look forward to the the ibuprofen time…lol
