Afternoon all, productive morning. I have finished and photographed a new cowl;
I still have a lot to do around the house, it’s neverending but the good news is I got through to second stage interview next week so if that goes well then I will get even less time to do stuff around the house but I will no longer be stressing about paying bills.

Morning all..
I’m not having a good day…another email from the customer who has not received the purse she ordered on 30th December. Despite me offering her a replacement or refund, she said she wanted to wait longer to see if it came. Today I got another email saying she has had a card from Royal Mail saying she needs to pay £5 to get something delivered to her as there is insufficient postage on it and she thinks it’s the purse as she is not expecting anything else. There was a 2nd class, large letter stamp on it, which I know is enough, as the purse weighs about 20g.
I have forwarded all the correspondence to Folksy as I don’t know what to do. My hubby thinks I should just refund her the total order (only £5.40) and tell her to keep the purse if it comes, just to end this mess…it’s really stressing me out.

Kim…did the purse fit through the large letter slot?. I have had lightweight items but if they are not flat enough, then they have to go as a " small parcel "
I wonder if that is what the problem is…the 20 g is irrelevant if the parcel wouldn’t fit through the slot. I have a slot and was surprised that a hat I sold, although only about 80g had to go as a small parcel.

This is true unfortunately now they seem to go on the width and depth of the parcel not so much in the weight

Yes, it’s definately thin enough to go large letter, it’s just a small, flat coin purse. It goes in a white A5 envelope and slips through the slot easily. I’ve posted lots of them the same way. I have a plastic large letter template at home so I can check before posting
