Sorry you’re having to deal with this Kim @KBCreations it can be quite stressful is something doesn’t arrive. If any item doesn’t arrive within 10 working days I always offer to either replace or refund an item, luckily it doesn’t happen very often, but it’s good customer service. RM usually are pretty good, but now and again some things just don’t arrive.

Kim @KBCreations on the Royal Mail website it shows what the fees relate to and £5 would be right if it was sent with no postage. Is it possible the stamp could have fallen off? Or maybe she has been sent something else she didn’t know about and it’s nothing to do with your purse.

I did offer this, but she wanted to wait longer to see if it arrived, which makes my wonder why she didn’t just wait a bit longer before contacting me…I would have preferred to just refund or replace to be honest..

I’m bored of rain now.

I am struggling with photographing today’s piece - I always have trouble with tiny faceted bead jewellery, can’t seem to get a crisp focus, which is annoying, as this one is expensive!

Morning all from a very wet Kintyre (I feel your pain, Nikki @GlintBeads - enough now, with the rain).
Yesterday was a write-off. Started doing house stuff, planned some studio time, OH brought home from work unwell, so went to A&E (all OK thankfully). Got home in the afternoon, finished the stuff that I’d just abandoned, then had to drop the car off at the garage to have braked done. Ate. End of day!
