Hi Camilla @folksycontent quick question. My understanding from previous webinars is that if you register but miss it live you can watch them straight away (rather than waiting for them to appear under Events). I’ve tried to watch this one just now but zoom says webinar is expired, which is true so does this mean even if you register you still can’t watch, you still have to wait for the webinar to appear in Events? Many thanks
If you registered, you should be able to watch the recording now Mandie @ImogenGeorgeJewellery Did you receive an email from Zoom with the link and password? It says it went out.

I just wanted to let you know, I have tried and even after entering the ID it just says in red webinar has expired.
Will it go on the events page please?

Hi Camilla @folksycontent , it is the same for me. The last email I got was the reminder on Monday, with a passcode for the webinar (that correctly says it has expired if I try to join). No email after that with a link and password to watch it.

Hi Camilla, yes I have the email but when I enter the ID is says ‘webinar has expired’ (like the other replies). Is there something else we should do? Kind regards, Mandie
@ImogenGeorgeJewellery It’s not quite straight away but if you’ve registered to a webinar the catch up link should be automatically sent the day after, so it’s not as long a wait as it getting added to the events page.
It’s showing to us that the catch up email should have gone out, but from the replies here it sounds like it might not have and you only received the email before the webinar, not one after?
Hopefully Doug will be able to get it added to the events page soon, but if anyone can’t wait, send us an email to support@folksy.co.uk and we’ll send you the details.
