I gave one of my aprons to my sister in a care home, much to her delight.

My jar openers are very popular on my craft stall. Lots of people at the local retirement flats and older members of our church have bought them and come back for more for their friends. They give a good grip to make opening jars and bottles much easier. I’ve only got a couple of designs listed at the moment as I sold out of the others but I’ll be adding more.

This set of coasters would make a suitable gift for the elderly as they are very easy to care and quick to dry…

Absolutely! After emptying my mums bungalow 5 years ago I have been much more conscious of the stuff my kids will have to deal with once I am gone. I adore your list of gifts.
