Just dashing in quickly as Dad will be here in about 5 minutes to pick me up as spending today with my parents while hubs is at work. I haven’t read everyone’s news but I have loved and pinned. Hope everyone is ok.

@stephshortstationery I hope your ok after your tumble, I don’t know how many times I’ve had to jump out of the way of toddlers and scooters / bikes. Hope the wee tot isn’t too shook up either.

Ella’s party went well yesterday, well apart from my mum belittling me in front of everyone (nothing new there!) and the OH having words with his sister that is! Wouldn’t be families without some kind of commotion would it lol. Not officially her birthday to Wednesday so at least we will be able to take her away on our own and have a nice day, cant believe my baby is nearly one!

@lizdyson Liz I didn’t have a 4am stint but my normal time is no later than 5am anyway…still baking…and cleaning
Had left over caramel from the Banoffie cake I made for the tea room, couldn’t waste it, so I made millionaire shortbread and then an orange cake

@stephshortstationery, Steph not a problem hun, I managed ok with them, they turned out better than I had expected, didn’t get time to do the biscuits cause I made some shortbread but I will definitely be trying them, might even try them before Ella’s birthday on Wednesday xxx

I got a bit of a shock on Saturday, consultant said if all was well after my other tests i wouldn’t hear anything more, then i got a letter through on saturday with appointments for cardiac catheter testing on 15th, next week, so wondering if they found something on the last tests but didn’t bother to tell me, so now i have 2 visits to hospital this week, one tomorrow for mammogram (used to the boob squashing) lol and then thursday for pre admission ready for the following Tuesday eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! it’s all go isnt it lol
@stephshortstationery The notebooks arrived this morning and they are so cute, oldest grandson will love giving those out, thank you so much for the tags too they are lovely as always x
