Glad the cat returned Maureen @sewflair. I remember years ago my cat went missing and then about four months later he just strolled into the kitchen, goodness knows where he had been. I often wonder if he had an “incredible journey” type experience.

I am almost finished with the fairy house, has taken weeks, and probably a couple more evenings of work and I’ll be done. In the meantime, a relist in need of some love.
Thanks all, she has earache, not surprisingly, but is otherwise ok! I think she got herself in a tizzy too! Someone at school told her about brain tumours! We both knew it was not but over active imaginations don’t help!

Morning all, Im getting ready to take my girls fishing this morning. Should be fun getting there as we have to climb 2 hills 2 weeks after knee surgery, the things we go through for our kids huh

Re migraines: I don’t know if this will help as I have never had one but when I first got diagnosed with arthritis my doc prescribed codein (pain relief), arcoxia (anti inflammatory) and diazepam (muscle relaxant) which cost a fortune and caused some nasty side effects, at times I didn’t know what I was doing or I’d start talking then mid sentence forget what I was talking about and I would fall asleep at the drop of a hat so couldn’t drive. I went back to him after while and he said I could take ibuprofen every four hours and paracetamol every four hours but in-between the ibuprofen (so taking pills every two hours) so this is what I do now (not all the time I might add, just when I really need to) do make sure you eat though!

@NOfkantsCurios I’m glad you’ve got your daughter seen. I’d be in full panic mode! My daughter has had multiple perforations in the past so at the first sign of ear pain we’re off to the doctors or the hospital walk in centre if there are no appointments available.

@sewflair that must be a relief to have Phoenix back. I don’t think I could cope with the independence of a cat.
