I bought mine from llyods chemist when it was on offer. I have 2 tens machine. The first one helped me so much with the pain that after a few weeks I was completely of the pain killers. I purchased the 2nd one as it had more features than my first machine. A bit of advice if you do buy one don’t let someone else start the machine up like my hubby did. I shot out of my seat the pain was so bad, he had hit the highest setting. Start off on the lowest setting first. You soon find the one that is just right for you.
We were a bit flat tonight and the better team won. We love the Iceland chant.

@stephshortstationery I have found tens machines good in the past, might have to get one again for achy back too. Hope you get some kind of relief soon. My husband lives with a lot of pain and he is finding Thermacare heat wraps help him some during the day.
Thanks for asking about son leaving, I see quite a bit of him and he seems to be getting on OK , so not worried about him , but his leaving has left me feeling a bit low - and it seems to have sapped my creativity . Hopefully a passing phase!

Good morning, all caught up wth loving, had a busy jewellery workshop last night I’m up to 8 now and they are a really fun bunch, only have a few more classes then break for the summer :).
Ah Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery I felt the same when first my daughter moved out then my son within 12 months, you kind of feel a bit deflated and ‘lost’ but it does get better, empty nest syndrome

Steph @stephshortstationery I believe various places do TENS machine rentals as a lot of women use them in childbirth - don’t know if they are they same sort of thing but may be worth popping into your local boots and having a word with them. You never know, your GP may even have one to loan. That way you could find out if it works before purchasing.
Jacqueline @JacquelineOJewellery - not sure I’ll be enjoying the party. I have been relegated to the smallest bedroom in the house and will be spending the evening surrounded by boxes and trying to keep 2 manic dogs calm!
