I think the lady had a bag of the stuffing she used to show customers what she had filled the toys with, but I didn’t look too closely. Glad you had a nice time Donna, even if the hotel wasn’t great.

@thatenamelguy thank you so much for the turquoise love - it is one of my favourite gemstones and is becoming quite hard to get the ‘good stuff’ these days. Love the colour of your pendant - really striking.

PS if anyone is interested, I have just been to lidl and they are selling fresh whole legs of lamb for @£8.50 each!!! What an absolute bargain. Bought two for the freezer. They are New Zealand Lamb, but for that price I am not being picky!

Hiya everyone,
Sorry I was AWOL yesterday but the national trust tearoom started yesterday for the new season and I also had the new one to bake for, plus what with the clocks going forward!..dear me I don’t think I had time to come up for air! Very hard going! Even though I’m always baking, the trusts tea room is always a bigger order -pies,quiche and cakes.
So I’ve got a lot of catching up to do 
Plus I’m having a few probs posting on threads as my ipad screen is keep jumping everytime I’m trying to post something! Anyone else had this?

Hello everyone
I don’t know we’re today has gone. I’ve had trouble with my Internet connection and spent the day fiddling with my mobile.
Seems to be back to normal now yay.
Thankyou for all my birthday wishes it was a great day and I was completely spoilt
I’m now officially getting ready for my other halves birthday. It’s in two weeks.

Oo er - very windy here, not looking forward to venturing out! Still really tired - have come to the conclusion that, being of a certain age, it is the hot flushes that are waking me up at night. Anyone know any good remedies - not keen on the HRT route.
