Thanks for your concern Brenda, but I am fine, Its just that I started on my other work first thing, I was remodelling the menu on my website which needed quite a bit of focus and one of those jobs I needed to stay with untilit was done, so did not get round to updating yesterdayâs sales to a short while ago. I was keeping an eye on you all yesterday afternoon

Mel @aquilacrafts I dont know where you get the energy from but pleased you had a good time. I will have to find a you tube video so I can see what its like as I cannot get a picture in my mind.

I have just gone to list something new from all the photos I took last week before the craft fair at the weekend, only to discover that they have all sold! Why is it that the items hottest off the needle always sell first? So, of course, I have nothing new to show you.
Hereâs something from the fair to make you all laugh⌠I had a table by the stage, which meant I had a bit of room to spread out. I used it to lay out a small sale of old stock (the things I have in my bargain basement here on Folksy). A couple were looking at some aprons with leopards holding letters aloft. I said to the lady: âI only have 2 Ls, an O and a V left. Iâve almost reached the stage where if I meet a child whose name begins with any of those letters Iâll give them the apron for nothing.â
âReally?â says the lady. âWe have a Violet. Sheâs just three.â She picked up the apron, folded it into her handbag and left. I didnât even have the time to point out that I had said âalmostâ!

Reminds me of a story I was told by someone exhibiting a picture in a gallery. A lady came in and was very taken with it and after chatting for a while with the artist said âI really love it - can I have itâ Reply - âof course you canâ. She said she would be back - came back the next day, removed said piece from the wall and walked out with it under her arm. When challenged she said âOh, but I was chatting to the artist and he said I could have itâ!! Always be careful what you say!!
