That sounds like a good idea Susan @SusanBettyArt, there’s a dog that hangs out at the local garden centre called Oli that has to wear a muzzle. He’s such a friendly chap but has had 2 ops to remove a bouncy ball and a corn on the cob. I wonder what it is about corn on the cob? I hope it goes ok today x

Good morning - was up late finishing my book but still woke at the crack of dawn!
No plans today except going for a big shop - was intending to wait until the beginning of next month but have a £5 voucher that is due to expire - seems silly to waste it!!
Forecast for heavy rain from about 10am so better get out with Holly soon.

Quick Question re: relists and then posting those listings here: if someone had previously posted a listing here, then we re-list it and then post it here again (another month or two later) - will you be able to ‘heart’ the post – or, because it had been ‘hearted’ previously that it cannot be ‘hearted’ again?
Hope that question made sense.

I think, but forgive me if I am wrong (I often am!!), that you can’t heart something twice. So if you find you have already hearted the item, often people pick another item from that persons shop and heart that. I have even come across people who are so kind that if they have hearted everything in my shop, will pop something on pinterest or insta. People are so nice on here. But I’ve not done that, not because Im not nice but because I wouldnt know how to!

That’s the best thing, and so lucky! I’ve heard of some horror stories even with brand new houses, but I guess this is another thing that people used to do a lot better back in those years!

If ,however, in the intervening months you have unhearted the item. I think youcan then heart it again BUT I think it doesnt show up to the seller as rehearted or count, because if you have unhearted it then that never affected the seller, it still showed as hearted to them.
I am tying myself in knots trying to express what I am trying to say!!

You cant heart an item twice but if it is a while since you last posted the item you will often pick up a few extra heart because members of the thread change each month and even a regular member may have missed it due to holidays etc. And as @samazama says there are some lovely people who will find another way to promote your item/shop.

My listing for today is this “round” cushion cover. It has a bit of a history -
I had a pack of Laura Ashley patchwork squares and some while back made 2 square and 2 round cushion covers. I kept one of the square ones for myself and put the other square and the 2 round on E. I did the square as one listing and the round as 2 options on another, but somehow filled it in wrong. A lady bought 2 round, but thought she could have 2 of one design ( not this one). I explained there was only one of each design and she was very nice and asked if it was possible to have the square one and the one round instead. I willingly sent her those, and removed the sq ones listing (delighted by a 5* review too). I was left with this round cover, and a listing showing 2 rounds had been sold. Whilst wondering what to do I thought Actually this round one wasnt really up to standard, so I just removed the listing altogether and the cover sat in my box of items. Then I discovered Folksy, and last years " seconds" event made me think maybe it was worth listing it on here as a second at a bargain price. No takers yet, though!
