Happy dancing for sales peeps all on the tally. Ready to drop now had the family over and needless to say the brownies went down a treat, then run my step mum home then sorted 3 orders for over t’other side and just had another gone a bit bonkers over there lol!

Put the shop in holiday mode yesterday evening for a Goathland craft fair today. Taken it out of holiday mode just now. Haven’t had time to put up a listing yeasterday or today. Not sure I’ll manage tomorrow; too much else to do.

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well and those of you who have been feeling awful are starting to feel better. I think I have caught up on loving all your lovely makes, but I know I have muddled your news - sorry.
Over the last few days I have done a private party and a fair (which was today) and overall not done too badly. Lots of my brand new pieces which I was going to list have sold, so please bear with me while I take photos of other new pieces ready for listing. The fair was quieter this year and friendlier, despite the greed element I mentioned in earlier posts. I think I covered my costs plus a little bit, so that is good. I still don’t know if I will do it again next year. I probably wont and will look for another event. How are other people finding fairs this year so far? On the plus side, there is a big one next weekend, where I will be near Natalie @NOfkantsCurios and Roz @OrchardFelts so I am really looking forward to that. I have decided to renew my plus account, so you are stuck with me for a bit longer!

Jacqueline @JAustenJewelleryDesign I’ve found fairs generally less profitable this year - people seem very hesitant to buy this year in comparison to previous years. Many other sellers are having the same sort of experience.
My fair today was ok, but not as many sales as I’ve had there on previous occasions.

My listing for Monday is so bright that the camera in the iPad was not really happy, kept trying to correct the glare it thought was there.

Morning all. My word its hammering it down out there - just back from the morning dog walk, drenched! Think I’ll be staying in today. Just had weekly weigh in - 0.5kg this week, not too bad considering I had quite a few over indulgences!

Going to try and get up there on Friday afternoon to set up so hopefully see you then. Natalie @NOfkantsCurios, I really struggle with things that colour too although I have found if you reserve the photo as a Jpeg (if its not already) before uploading to Folksy it stops a bit of the glare.
Girls going home this morning so the rest of the day will be spent in making mode.
