Evening all , just popping in for a catch up.

Good morning, I have a day off today so going to pick up my step mum for lunch and to visit with my daughter and baby Peyton, they finally came home last night, they had to wait to see the Dr who was in surgery and he didn’t come around until 10pm last night, bit of an odd time to let them come home! but very glad to be out of hospital and together as a family again.

well done on all the sales, I decided not to join in the Blackfriday event as I’ve a fair tomorrow and an exhibition case from Monday so trying to juggle stock to keep shop open over the weekend, though I’ll probably have to ‘hide’ some items as I may not have quite enough to cover both events.

Good morning all.
Claire @kernowclaire, sedation is wonderful! You drift off and when you wake up you have no recollection of time passing or anything that has been done. It is quite expensive though, I am just lucky to have a sister who I have been very kind to in the past and “owes” me as my dentist! You do feel a bit spaced out afterwards and need someone to drive you home.
Got the long drive back this morning and then have to go and set up my stall this evening for a 2 day craft fair Saturday and Sunday.
I did read all your news last night but was a bit spaced out so not much went in but I hope everyone is OK.
Had another sale last night - paid for this time - so another one for the tally please Natalie @NOfkantsCurios (total = 16) Would love to get to 20 sales for this month but as the shop will be closed most of the weekend it looks unlikely! Not taking part in Black Friday with this shop but am offering an extra 10% off all my sale prices in my other shop @Rozcraftz.

Just a flying visit today before I go to work which is stressing me out. When you try to do a good deed and it blows up in your face. I really need to start not trying to please everyone and forgetting about myself.

I saw my mum and step dad yesterday. They are over from Spain but go back on Sunday.
I know they have seen my sister loads wich is lovely
They were so helpful by taking me to a hospital appointment that went very well. My consultant is very happy with how everything has gone.
My step dad has been clearing out the loft in his UK house that he rents out and found all his rocks and rock tumbler. He’s given me it and a load of south African semi precious stones.
(he’s south African)
There is loads of it amethyst, tiger’s eye, malachite and more. I’m going through it all slowly today. but might end up listing some of the stones as there are loads.

Rachel it’s amazing. We use to talk about his stones and how he would just walk down the road and find a piece of agate on the floor.
So he would take it home.
I never thought I’d end up owning his collection. Once iv sorted it all out a bit I’ll post a picture.

I’m back - yesterday just evaporated. Started out with the weekly shop, got side tracked into looking to replace a desktop hard-drive since some of the activity on the computer suggests the current one may be thinking about retirement; went to a garden centre to find a replacement for a broken kitchen compost bin and came away with Christmas presents for one daughter asnd for another daughter’s dogs. Then got put on standby to collect grandchildren from school and offered dinner at their’s as a bribe.
