Plastic-free was intended to refer to the packaging - ie to allow customers to choose cards that are sold without the sellers wrapper. But customers who are motivated to buy cards without cellophane wrappers would probably want to make sure the actual card itself is also environmentally friendly and so cards with plastic embellishments couldn’t be included in this guide.

All my cards are plastic free, from printing to customer! They are wrapped in bio-degradable tissue paper, and sent in recycled and recyclable envelopes. Here are our Valentine’s cards:
