There used to be a regular monthly Sales Target Thread here on the forums - anyone fancy joining in with one again?
All you do is set a target of how many sales you would would like / intend to make by the end of the month (it’s always good to have a positive mindset about sales!), put the target on the thread, and then update each time you get a sale.
It’s a great way to encourage each other, and motivates other people when they see that you are able to do well with sales here on Folksy
I’ll add my target figure as a reply, so that it doesn’t get lost in this introduction to the thread
This is a great idea, I’ve recently just reopened my shop after recovering from a hand injury. It’s still not recovered after a few years so had to change my methods and slowly refilling with stock.
So because I’ve had a few years of a hiatus I’d really just like 1 sale October
I’ll join in. My sales are terrible at the moment with only 2 sales so far this month (last year I sold 15 items in October)

Target for rest of October 5
Hi. I’ll join in as it might spur me on to doing more promotion .
To keep to a round figure I’d be ecstatic with 1, which would take me to 10.
