That’s usually what happens – what sells really well at a show/or online, and then you restock, make more in different colours, and then it’s something else that sells well and that item sits for months (or longer) - nature of the beast :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey @GlintBeads and everyone else I’ve met today .. I’ve just had my first ever Folksy sale and they’ve bought 3 items !!! So thrilled :raising_hands::raising_hands::raising_hands:

It wasn’t the item I listed today .. but I’m sure the increased attention has made the difference! Thank you so much everyone :blush:

I guess I now pack up and post. I feel I should message the buyer and acknowledge the order - is there a way to do that / is that something folk do??

If you go to your dashboard and look at the order, there should be an email address for the buyer - I always email them with confirmation, a ‘packed up and ready to go’ type of message.
