what we make at the moment is quite a quick process and some are small items..

Hi. My personal take on this is that I’m always put off buying when the postage is almost as much as the item I’m buying. I understand that pp costs are high, but I’d probably be more inclined to buy it the item was more expensive and the pp lower - weird psychology I know!! Also the additional items postage box could be filled in with a nominal or zero fee so that buyers aren’t paying twice for postage on such small items. X

I’d never really thought about postage like that before Alison @Macclesfieldbagworks but yes I agree the cost of postage being the same as the item does put me off. I sell cards and other paper items and the postage is a really big issue for my items!
I never thought of it that way @Macclesfieldbagworks i will look at other options for this as we don’t want people turning away, our items are very lightweight but some on a larger scale so we will adapt accordingly and be as honest as possible…thank you
