All my paintings are unique but some I paint similar.

This one has lots of encaustic wax and I’d never be able to do this one or similar again

This is my new amber and silver ring - I hope it is totally unique !

This is absolutely, definitely, totally unique. I hand cast this little silver shell from one I found on my favourite Dorset beach. I have only cast this once, so there can be no other

Tweet here is an endangered species as I have no intention of making another one.

I have made lots of paper shoes as a little memento of baby’s first steps. The shoes include a matching display box. The colours available are

Pink Lilac Blue Green

Some paper Pyramage baby rattles, rocking horses and prams are nearly finished.

Just finished stitching a wooden swift brooch, its a design in Cross Stitcher mag. It took me a week to stitch

The socks are finished now.

The majority of my work is pretty unique as I don’t tend to make more than one of something without changing some detail even if its just the colour. It is the nature of felt that even when duplicated things never turn out exactly the same . This picture is truly unique though as it was based on a random scattering of fibres over a felt base and although I might make another using the same techniques the fibre content/placement and my interpretation of the result would be completely different.

Unique mosaic miniature

This watercolour is completely unique, as I painted it from a photograph I took on Lake Windermere early one morning.

This blanket will never be repeated and I’ve not offering a pattern for others to make it either as it was inspired by a walk in a local park. It’s a mix of knitting, crochet and applique

My latest listing here is another silver pendant cast from an antique button, but this one depicts lovely ivy leaves. The thing I love most is that I have found an absolutely stunning labradorite bead to pair it with. This stone looks great from every angle and is just what you expect labradorite to be-full of scintillating greens, blues and turquoises.

Karen,
This is really attractive and eye-catching. I am very much into abstracts, and swirly patterns.( I do some colour abstracts on my own website)

I used to experiment years ago with Fimo polymer clay, and remember making a few items of this shape. Had problems with the finished clay item falling out of the mount though, after heating it in the oven ! Anyway, I don’t do jewellery now, but have started experimenting on small acrylic paintings. When it goes right (not often), it is hugely satisfying. Might put one or two on my shop eventually.

If more crafters made truly unique items, then we would all benefit from that, as one tends to see at many craft fairs and events sometimes goods which are clearly far from unique, and more commonly, bought-in goods. Organisers try to control this, but they have an uphill struggle.

Must be vary satisfying completing something that no one else has.

These Christmas decoration are completely unique as I know of no other knitted humbug creator. but then all my knitting and crochet items are from my own head. I don’t use other people’s patterns.

These were inspired by cross stitch humbugs I even make them in patchwork which and have done a tutorial on how to produce them for a craft forum

Thanks Ronald @Rkaimages

I’ve made jewellery for many years, at the beginning I used glass beads, metal etc. then one day my Dad mentioned Polymer Clay. I’d never heard of it so I did some homework and then kitted myself up with all the bits and bobs that were required.
I’ve never looked back. I’m totally hooked. I love how I can produce any bead I want, any matching pendant. The possibilities really are endless, and yes those swirly pattern designs are a lot of fun to make.

Enjoy having fun with your acrylic paintings. I look forward to seeing your finished pieces

I’d like to think that all my paintings are one of a kind, but the mixed media pieces where I use bits form doily made by my mother are truly unique. Even though I create another painting with the same format and colour combination, the doily piece will be one of a kind.
