I’d added these earlier in the thread but I’ve retaken the photos as I was never really happy with them, so I’ve added them again in case the photos were letting them down before.
Finally finished this years new Valentine’s Day card & have just uploaded it, yay!!! I had the inspiration months ago when buying jammie dodger biscuits as a Valentine’s treat, so I am really pleased it all came together this week! They can also be given to someone special as an Anniversary Card or Birthday Card.
Embroidered textile hoop art “Love letter” £19
A mixture of freemachine and hand embroidery has been used to create this quirky whimsical piece of textile art. Two fabric chicks take centre stage for the part of the lovers, Dotty composes a letter and Fred brings her a cuppa, kept company by onlookers of chicks, bees and butterflies. Red is the colour for lovers and also my chickens coop. Would make an ideal valentines gift.

Hanging heart “Be my chick”

French knot stitched flowers peep through a lace fence, lazy daisy butterflies fly above, maybe with a cheeky Valentine’s Day proposal!
