Why ...Don't...People...READ ...the....descriptions

Oh blimey pass me the gin…

I have spent a good chunk of this evening clarifying to prospective buyers stuff that IS IN THE DESCRIPTIONS ……

Ah the magic of Saturday night LOL !

Anyone else see a pattern in these types of issues ?

People are always the same regardless of what they are doing. Just remember, last resort read the instructions!

I’ve seen it suggested about putting key details on one of the images as people are more likely to scroll through all of those compared to reading all of the description but some won’t even do that.

Did you make the sale, though? Was it all worth it in the end?!

One order sorted another was a USA bidder on an item set up/described as local collection only… customer pleasant enough but I now have to faff about cancelling bid

Don’t get me started on this! I sell digital downloads on another site and the number of people who leave a comment when they buy saying ‘if I’m not in, please leave parcel round the back’ or ‘can this be upgraded to 1st class shipping please’ is spectacular.

The words ‘digital download’ are in the title, on the image and in the description. The physical version would be 3x the price. :upside_down_face:
