You’re not the only one struggling to get your head round it @Bearlescent. I’m a bit dreading getting any international sales, much as I need the income. Part of me just feels like going back to offering UK shipping only.

Yes I know how you feel, I am fine with the US, but if any come through for the EU I will sadly have to cancel them, I really wish there was a way for us to exclude those countries so that the orders could not slip through, I would definitely feel embarrassed and unprofessional about having to cancel them.
