Hi all - I am an inflammatory arthritis sufferer which can be a real nuisance. I would say if someone has any debilitating illness check out your local advice centre for advice on mobility aids and living aids I put off going for advice for ages but recently have found several things that have made a real improvement to life. The other thing I would pass on is if you are medically diagnosed by the doctor check out if you are entitled to any assistance benefits like PIPS or Blue badge schemes, no one tells you about these benefits that can really improve the quality of your life if you qualify for them.
