Good morning everyone, such a beautiful morning. We have our oldest grandson coming to us today so I think we’ll be spending most of our time in the garden.

You must be a soulmate! I am exactly as you describe…I love so many different crafts and have done so many over the years. I also do dressmaking, stained glass leaded lights, knitting, embroidery, aromatherapy, other beading crafts…the list is endless. It’s a case of ‘jack of all trades’ with me 
Iv’e got so many craft materials my loft and storage spaces are heaving, but I refuse to get rid of any just in case 
Anyway, it’s good to be creative isnt it xx

Melanie… @catpurrjewellery I have TWO spare bedrooms, stacked to the ceiling with craft supplies, yarn , clay , felt/roving, paper,pens, pom poms , spindles,weaving frames, lace making frames, paint brushes and hundreds of tubes of paint…Oh and you reminded me of the jewellery making and beads…lol…Oh and not forgetting the craft books and arts and crafts dvd’s…hundreds of those.

Gorgeous day out this morning here in Surrey … Zara and I just came back from an almost 2 mile walk and now I need to eat some food (because I didn’t eat prior to the walk - silly me) … anyways – today’s plan involves some lovely chicken wings for lunch and then an afternoon of leatherwork. Need to make some spiked chokers (as I sold out of the 3 I had in stock at the LARPCon event I was at the other week - and I have a horror themed convention coming up next month – my spiked leather goods tend to sell well at those types of events), need to make a few more bookmarks (as those tend to sell well at the pop up events I try and get into - and I have one of those next month too) and then - if I have the capacity - I’m hoping to make a few more small pouches - the ones that have belt loops to hang from - mostly because I don’t think I have enough in stock in a variety of colours …
In the meantime – my listing for today is something I posted up last night …

recon we could start our own craft shop! I did pottery and ceramics for 14 years, but sold all my stuff 5 years ago…only to spend all the money on other craft materials! To make matters worse, I inherited all my late Mum’s craft materials too, she was a card maker like Hilary, but did loads of other stuff too like jewellery, knitting…anyway need I go on …needless to say, I will definately join you on the natughty step anytime!
