I replied to a reply, that I had received on a thread, to thank someone who said they had bookmarked my shop. When I checked this morning, the entire thread has disappeared. I have checked under my profile and all posts made on that thread have definitely been removed. I am not aware that I have broken any forum guidelines, so I am not sure why it would have been removed. It was a thread re a decline in sales, but again, I am not aware that this would be against forum guidelines. If Folksy staff/admins could shed some light on why, that would be helpful.
I think they will need a bit more information, like a link to the thread you were looking for.
The whole thread has disappeared. It is not even in my profile posts! So it is not possible to provide a link.
Users can request to have their own posts deleted, and if it’s the first post in a thread it will delete the entire thread.
Don’t worry, there was nothing wrong with your reply or any of the posts in the thread.
