Although I have a plus shop, none of my listed items are shown as “featured”, seems that this is not working on my shop.
Also, I don’t know how to “unfeature” an item… Seems that I need some help here!

Go in to ‘Shopkeeping’ from your dashboard to move items around the shop and to 'Feature and ‘unfeature’.

hi there-
if you go to dashboard --> shopkeeping you can then click on the green feature button by the item you wish to feature. you have to also press the ‘save’ underneath also (which i usually forget to do).
