Thanks for all your comments about Mr Pocketful’s car. When I go to visit Olivia tomorrow afternoon, I’m going to go down to the parking office to enquire about CCTV footage. They have ANPR technology for the car park charges, but I can see that those cameras are directly in front of the barriers and unlikely to capture the rest of the car park. I just have to hope that they also have some security cameras.
Carol @cariadcrafts11, thanks for asking about Olivia’s transfer. It’s Nottingham where she is at the moment and Derby where we’re waiting for a bed. There’s been no further news but I know the staff at Nottingham are on the case, so we just have to wait and hope. Despite the extra travelling, we are very happy with the care she’s getting at Nottingham. She’s doing so well. She’s now spending a couple of hours, twice a day, without her CPAP mask (that’s the one that provides air and oxygen with a bit of pressure behind it to help her draw the air into her lungs). When she’s not on that, she has two prongs in her nostrils which provide extra oxygen, but her lungs are doing all the work by themselves. She’s tolerating that so well that the staff are talking about taking her off CPAP all together.

Another day with no sales. Only seem to get traffic from the forums. Folksy need to get out there and advertise more as this would attract more shoppers as well as sales.

Missed a few days but all loved to here. Oh Helen @PocketfulCreations heart goes out to you all, Olivia being on CPAP machine must be so hard for her, but so glad to hear of her progress. Must be nightmare for you all, and now with the car trouble sending love.
Talking of CPAP machines we collected hubbies yesterday and first night using it last night. Not easy and that’s why Olivia is a little champ dealing with it.

@GiftsgaloreUK totally get you re Folksy and poor footfall. I actually emailed them way back, as friends couldn’t find my items and they say it’s due to their search engine not being very accurate. They would need to upgrade whole system and as they are only a small team they don’t have the resources.
I started Instagram a few months back and found it a smidge better, all about promoting ourselves I’m told and that’s the hard bit.
Folksy’s fees are low and they are a lovely point of sales (shop fronts and user friendly I think are great), but they don’t yet have household familiarity which is such a shame, as the talent on here far outstrip the dark side if you ask me.
I do share your frustration, but keep going and maybe Folksy might be able to advertise one of these days. After all, the more we all sell the more revenue they generate.
Had some delicious Miyuki beads delivered last week so had a few days of dawn to dusk creating with them,p, including todays offering.
