Afternoon All,

Good luck with the house offer, Zuzana @knotsoneat I have my fingers and toes crossed it gets accepted :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Do you have your phone back yet, Mandy @feelfeltfound ?
You never know, Helen @PocketfulCreations you might get it done quicker. Hope you’re able to cope ok with it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Lol, their reactions to the mud daddy are so funny :joy: @bruceanddaphnedesigns Glad graduation went well and so nice that Grace and Barney were mentioned too. A tragic loss.

I have just given the Werewolf a treat while I have a late lunch/snack and he has thrown it around the room, taken it outside, buried it in the sofa, rolled over it and now left it. Quite the performance.

Have a lovely day, everyone :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Today’s relist…

Thank you all. Glad to report I got my phone back thanks to the lovely lady who handed it in and surprisingly Stagecoach lost property were a joy to deal with - really hadn’t expected much but they were great. So relieved as was quite new, after the old one had a meltdown and I had everything on it.

Hope the house fairies are looking out for yout @knotsoneat - I didn’t think I’d get the flat for my mum either and couldn’t believe that I was successful - aparantly there was only around Ā£100 between me and the next bidder!

Hope you get your op soon @PocketfulCreations - you might get lucky with a cancellation if you can be flexible. A friend of mine recently got her both her cataracts done at the same time, much earlier than expected, as she was able to take a cancellation for the following day.

Oooh and 2 sales to report please @SueTrevor :grinning:

Thanks @ChrisStoneArtist I rarely qualify either and when i do its usually a very popular theme, such as ā€˜by the sea’ . Thank you for your thoughts on its effectiveness It does makes sense that a sale could come later as that would be me. When i see something i like i try and match it to someone I can gift it to which like Brenda @teabreaks said could be a lightbulb moment at a later date.

Thank you all for your kind wishes. They must have worked as the sellers (quite a few benificiaries aparently) all agreed and accepted our offer.

It took my partner nearly 5 years to sell their family house due to his sister being a pain :weary: so we are long overdue our own home.

Fingers crossed all goes through and noone pulls out by then. It’s an old house and needs a lot of work but it was a bargain for the location and the size of it so we are very excited obviously.

Brilliant news Zuzana, I much prefer old houses especially ones that need doing up. Mind you, wouldn’t exactly want to go through all that again but excited for you :heart: the worst thing will be the waiting now, our family home still hasn’t been finalised and we agreed months ago and still have a couple of months to wait. We were told to expect this.

A new item added to my shop. Love how this spins in the breeze. Last Saturday in the storm, it had its first outing and just loved how it moved! Will be making one for myself I think!

Will catch up with loving after I have eaten!

Yeah it took at least 4 months for the other house sale to go through.

We need to book a survey first and that can be anything up to a month but we hope it will be smooth after as there is no chain and we are cash buyers  but I expect it to be at least 3/4 months for sure.

Can’t even think about the move yet :joy: there is too many people involved and it all can still fall apart :joy:

All loved to here. No listing again. First fine sunny day we’ve had in ages. Spent the who day gardening. The last few days I’ve been in a dark place. Being in the garden has started to help me begin the journey out of that dark place. Suppose to be another fine day tomorrow before rain Friday and the weekend.
Hope everyone has a lovely evening.

What wonderful news, Zuzana :woman_cartwheeling:t2: :woman_cartwheeling:t2: :woman_cartwheeling:t2: Positive thoughts that it all goes through smoothly. It does take a while for everything to come together, but it gives you time to get organised :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
