Hi all!
Happy may bank holiday Monday
Ooo! Lots of newbies! Hello all and welcome to the thread :wave:

Ahhh max @MaxPringJewellery what a fright for you!! I bet you were in a worse state than he was! I think it’s water off a ducks back when they have a fall or break something at least it will heal very quickly!

I was the accident prone one out of the three of us….no surprise there eh!
I don’t think the other two have ever broke a bone, me…arm,
collar bone, shoulder blade, fingers, tendon op, fell on our coal fire…both hands! This is all before I was 16 …typical!
Love your pendant heart …it’s gorgeous x

Hope you’re doing ok carol @Knittingtopia i hate being sick😟
Hope you’ve had some more rest Pauline @OswestryJewels xx
Nice to have you back rosy @RosyMoonUK xx

Afternoon! Where does the time go!
Do you remember I found a little note in my mum’s wallet with a quote on. She died 18 months ago, 3 month’s after my brother died, so it’s been quite a time.
Anyway, I asked my friend Helen who’s on Folksy as Pocket Wren, to create a design for me that I could embroider, and here it is. I’m not the best embroiderer but I’m really pleased with it.

Thank you. I should say in case you can’t read it. It says “what the caterpillar calls the end of the world the master calls a butterfly” It’s by Richard Bach who wrote Jonathan Livingston Seagull xx

Oh, my goodness, Brenda @teabreaks that’s so funny  I’ll do anything for a cream donut
Thank you Steph @stephshortstationery and Marion @WestcountryCreations It’s lovely to be back, thank you. Although, both the Werewolf and myself are missing the beaches. Definitely need to move closer to the coast when Bloke retires in 2yrs
Good grief Steph, did you have your own chair at A&E? Poor thing!

Bloke and the Werewolf at Bouley Bay. Looks like an autobiography photo

Thank you for your well wishes everyone. After having lots of sleep throughout the day, I’m feeling much better. I think the :face_vomiting: was just a one of thing as I didn’t feel sick before and I didn’t feel sick after although I did have a burning sensation in my lower chest but that’s gone now.

Pauline @OswestryJewels hope you’ve managed to get some more sleep.

Alison @BlueCatMumDesigns how beautiful. I lost my mum on mother’s day last year. I’m thinking of turning one of her jumpers into a teddy or cushion or something as a keepsake.

Thank you @Caroleecrafts and @Knittingtopia .What a lovely idea to turn something of your mum’s into a cushion or teddy. I saved quite a few of my mum’s clothes, she had some lovely things and I often wear her cardigans - I have one on now! :sparkling_heart:
I forgot to share my listing earlier so here it is:

Evening all,
Busy all day in the garden. The hens have thoroughly enjoyed their first day of freedom after chicken lockdown. Took advantage of them free ranging to give the coop and the run a thorough clean - very smelly.
Welcome to all the newbies
Hope your grandson recovers quickly Max @MaxPringJewellery. Glad to hear you’re feeling better Carol @Knittingtopia. That embroidery is lovely Alison @BlueCatMumDesigns
Crikey Steph @stephshortstationery you need to go out wrapped in bubble wrap.

Another relist today. Hopefully something new tomorrow, if I get the photos done in time.
