Just been called to go into work, one of the nurses collapsed and has been taken off in an ambulance. She has type 1 diabetes and other health concerns. I hope sheās going to be ok! Sheās been struggling this week in the heat in our PPE.

Have a good bike ride Susan @yorkshireharecrafts I went on my 1st mini bike ride yesterday, just down to the local park for an ice cream. But itās the 1st time Iāve been on my bike since 2019 and since I broke my ankle. My confidence is coming back, I put the foot with metal in it down to stop, in reality, it should be stronger than my other one!
SallyAnn @yorkshireharecrafts yes, Iāll definitely be making more Iām just waiting for something to arrive in the post and itās taking forever! Yes, I get the occasional beautiful email and think the same as you.

Natalie @NOfkantsCurios those tiger eye beads on your hand, I thought it was covered in bees when I 1st saw it on my small screen, possibly because there has been so much talk about bees on this thread. It made me feel very uneasy! Can you tell I have a phobia about bees and wasps

Home, just went in for two patients. The poor nurse, her insulin pump had come put, weāre not sure for how long, so her insulin had not been regulated, (all with sticky pads, so must have come unstuck with getting too hot), she reattached it and thought she felt fine, then suddenly collapsed. One of the dentists administered oxygen and they called an ambulance. No news yet as to how she is.

Really dangerous and not something to take chances with but given your dentist she probably felt obligated to carry on. Thank goodness she was with people with half a clue who could get help straight away. Also hope the patients you were called in for needed essential work that couldnāt be rescheduled.
