July Summer Listers Daily Listing Challenge Thread. 1st to 31st July 2015

I decided I would join in this challenge for the first time - and my computer decided otherwise :frowning: It may have been the thunderstorms, but it really mucked up my plans for the evening.

So now I’m trying to catch up. Today I’m just going to put a couple of relists on here, then fingers crossed for everything working tomorrow. I don’t normally sell supplies, but I’m hoping that some of you lovely people will offer a home to some of my stash rather than me doing a carboot.

Not sure how active I can be on here for the month of July. Got lots of holiday plans with various of the children and their children and even some time away by ourselves. As it is my feet have only just touched ground after our extended weekend in the south-east.Still here I am with a relist to start the month

we’ll see how it goes from there.
Joss has had her neurologist’s appointment after her funny turn in January - the consultant concludes it was transient global amnesia. The patient is lucid but unable to form a memory for a period of time, typically about twelve hours, so keeps repeating questions that have already been answered. No reason not to drive; we’ve all arrived home with no clear memory of the journey, the barain takes over and you act on ‘autopilot;’ the same would probably happen if you suffered a tga. Joss hasn’t driven for a while now and isn’t likely to start any time soon,. At least we can now start planning a holiday with our son’s family in the States.

Pleased to hear you have an answer to what happened and that you can start planning a break in the states. Hope everything continues to improve.

Hi Summer Listers

Well I finally have a new listing… It’s a miracle
I’ve lost my mojo abit to be honest. It’s not the making of the item, I’ve lots of new goodies. It’s the photos and promotion etc… I blame the recent heatwave. After work these past few days all I’ve felt like doing is draping myself across the sofa with a Magnum ice cream
I need to get a grip!

Sorry to read so many of you and yours are poorly. Sending everyone lots of get well vibes.

Ok so here it is… The miracle listing… Drum roll please…

Off to get a Magnum now

See you later

Karen

Hello listers, have been popping in throughout the day to see your lovely things. A quiet start to the week at the pop up but still managed to sell a few bits so not overly concerned and it was lovely to have a peaceful day sitting in gorgeous weather making a few bits and pieces. The site has free wifi so I even managed to watch a bit of tennis this afternoon.

Hope poorly children are better soon @JAustenJewelleryDesign and that your daughters plans for the summer aren’t too curtailed @LouiseGraceJewellery

Now to put my feet up for the evening - I like this being a lady of leisure lark!

Morning all
Off to market
Have a great day!

I’m putting my shop into holiday mode as I’ve got a summer fair tomorrow and need to sort out my stuff so might not get back on here today.
I’ve also got a question, I have quite a few cards that have been ‘hanging around’ for a while and have thought about making up some multipacks to have a clear out before the start to get dog-eared and tatty (therefore unsellable) would that be something that you would buy and would single catergories (e.g children’s birthday) be more useful or a mixture?

Morning everyone

Diane @HandmadeByDiane I don’t personally like to buy bundles of cards but I know people who do. I think a general mix of cards would be a good idea, it gives people a stock of cards incase of emergencies
