Hello, glad to be joining in again. My father is on his way back to Spain, where the weather is sunny and around 26 degrees. I’m just a little bit jealous!
Sorry to hear about your MIL Debbie @Turquoisebee
Jax @JacquelineOJewellery I hope your husband is getting on well and able to come home soon.
Francis @thatenamelguy glad your MIL has been able to go home
Max @paperchainsandbeads thanks for running the thread last month. Hope the job is going well.
Dawn @hobbitgirlie1880 thanks for running it this month. Hope you get to do lots of happy dancing!
Good to see you on here again Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery. Sorry the pop up shop wasn’t as good as hoped - my 3 day event at the weekend was something of a disappointment, but it did spur me on to make lots of stock, so I’m ahead of myself for the next few fairs!
Well done on all those sales Sue @Susieshackletontextiles!
I was excited to reach my 500 milestone last week - for my first year I never believed that I would make 50 sales, let alone 500!
The weather is awful here, so wet, but some new flower earrings to encourage the summer to make a start
Lol deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery can you ask your son to show mine how it’s done soz the hear the pop up shop didn’t go well sales wise, hopefully it will lead to later sales online for you.
Thank you Carol @cariadcrafts11 , Alison @FluffStuffCrafts , Jacqueline @JAustenJewelleryDesign , Sue @Susieshackletontextiles , Steph @stephshortstationery , Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery , Sue @BeadstormJewellery. Acute asthma Steph, hes been suffering with Atopic asthma for years and they just cant get it under control he’s been on highest meds for ages but they arn’t working, specialist is trying to get him a certain drug that’s not widely available ( as it’s apparently very expensive ) but he believes would help Ian, so were hoping that he gets the go ahead to try it, there isn’t anything else and he’s on highest meds so fingers crossed, he’s still on oxygen, if his blood oxygen levels stay at 95% when he’s not on it then he should be allowed home tomorrow, he’s had mask off for an hour today and allowed to take it off to eat and drink, so were moving in the right direction
Lol Roz if only that was true, it more time consuming
Well done on the 500 sales Sue @BeadstormJewellery fab round figure
Right i’ve a glass of rose` getting warm, all loved to here so i’ll say nite nite x
Evening June Junipers. I have neglected my Folksy shops somewhat over the last couple of months. so hopefully attempting the daily listing may just be the kick up the bum I need. Good luck everyone with sales this month.
Ruth
Hi everyone. Popped in for a catch up and to love your items but I can not get the links to work. I will go back tomorrow and have another go - seems to either be a Folksy glitch or my computer is playing up.
Good morning, sorry didn’t get back until late yesterday went to see my stepmum, her cousin who was very close suddenly passed away, so sad and she gets her test results today from the bladder cancer, so we have everything crossed for some positive news today. Jax @JacquelineOJewellery pleased to hear hubby is improving fingers crossed he is home soon. Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery sorry the shop didn’t go as well as it could. Well done Sue @BeadstormJewellery on your milestone and job is going really well, enjoying it and you too Roz @OrchardFelts on your 250, welcome back Patricia @silverbirchstudio and Lisa @sweetpyroangel. Welcome Ruth @RuthSmithJewellery
Morning all.
Not sure where the day went yesterday but I have got lots to get on with today - unlikely that I will have a new listing so heres a relist for today.
Good morning.
Jax @JacquelineOJewellery so pleased to here your husband is feeling better. Asthma is horrible. especially getting put on the right medication. hope he’s home soon.
Im finally having a day to myself today. Im thinking of going to the library and seeing if I can do a stall tomorrow.
Other than that I’m doing nothing
I have earrings to show you today https://folksy.com/items/6861779-Blue-agate-chip-earrings-
I really hope you get some positive news today Maxine @paperchainsandbeads. Illness is rotten, my father is having an op this week and treatment for bladder cancer. It’s amazing how many lives this disease touches.
Great to hear that sales are being made so fingers crossed this thread gives me a bit of structure to the day now! This card is a new one, one of my textile cards which can be framed after the special day. I love making these and will be making some more for a craft show (my first of the year) in July so fingers crossed I get a bit of time this half term to made a few more!
Have a good day everyone and I will pop over a little later again xx
Good Morning thank you for kind thoughts, bet you are getting fed up of me this past 2 month, i know i am
Megan @SoSewMegan got to wait to see what docs say, his levels were averaging 94/96 which is good but he’s still on oxygen so once they take him off that it will depend if his levels drop, if they stay up then yes i think (hope) he will be home today
Max @paperchainsandbeads sorry to hear your sad new hun, fingers crossed for your step mams results x
Enjoy your day Dawn @hobbitgirlie1880 hope the stall goes well.
Heidi @Textiletreasure hope your fathers op and treatment goes well and wishing him speed in recovery
Just a quick and easy one from me, am working on my 20 by 20 piece for an exhibition. I wish they had a theme, I just keep changing my mind!
Fingers crossed for you and hubby @JacquelineOJewellery and best wishes to all others with poorly relatives and friends.
